Any team member whose email inbox Leadfrack monitors for lead activity and response times. Each rep gets their own performance tracking, escalation alerts, and — on Pro and Enterprise — AI-generated outreach sent from their email address.
How does the AI outreach work?
When a lead goes cold, Leadfrack drafts a contextual follow-up based on the original conversation, your product catalog, and the customer's history. It sends from your salesperson's actual email address — not a generic noreply — so it looks and feels like a personal touch. Available on Pro and Enterprise.
What CRMs do you integrate with?
Starter includes one integration with Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce. Pro and Enterprise support unlimited CRM integrations. We're adding more connectors regularly.
What happens if I have more reps than my plan allows?
Additional sales reps beyond your plan's included limit are $50/rep/month. So if you're on Pro with 12 reps, you'd pay $599 + $200/mo for the 4 extra reps. Or upgrade to Enterprise for unlimited.
How much do annual plans save?
Annual billing gets you 2 months free — roughly 17% off. Starter drops to $249/mo ($2,990/yr), Pro to $499/mo ($5,990/yr), and Enterprise to $833/mo ($9,990/yr).
Can I switch plans?
Upgrade anytime — your new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. We'll prorate any difference.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts on monthly plans — cancel anytime. Annual plans are paid upfront but can be canceled with a prorated refund in the first 30 days.
What if Leadfrack doesn't recover enough leads to pay for itself?
If Leadfrack doesn't identify more in recovered revenue than your plan costs in the first 30 days, we'll refund you. No questions asked. Most customers see the ROI within the first week.
