How does email classification work?
Our AI analyzes the email subject, body, sender history, and your Shopify customer data to classify each email. It reads context, not just keywords — so a $50K project inquiry doesn't get treated the same as a newsletter signup.
What is lead scoring?
Every lead gets a weighted score from 0 to 100 based on six factors: deal size, urgency, buyer intent, customer history, decision-maker signal, and lead source. Higher scores mean higher priority.
Will Leadfrack read my personal emails?
