• Shopify data: Order history, customer records, and product data from your connected Shopify store to enrich lead profiles.
• Voice and chat data: Call recordings, transcripts, and chat logs from AI agent interactions.
• Usage data: Log files, device information, browser type, IP address, and pages visited.

Your data is stored on secure servers using industry-standard encryption. Email tokens are encrypted using AES-256-GCM with keys stored in Google Cloud Secret Manager. We use Firebase and Google Cloud Platform infrastructure with SOC 2 compliance. We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.

We use the following third-party services to operate Leadfrack:

• Google Cloud Platform / Firebase: Infrastructure, database, and authentication
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Email classification and lead scoring
• Retell AI: Voice AI agent for after-hours calls
• Shopify: E-commerce data integration
• Stripe: Payment processing

Each third-party provider has their own privacy policy. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
